What the site is for

The site describes MBI and its services and lets you contact us, book a strategy call, request a proposal or take the AI maturity check. Nothing on the site is an offer to enter into a contract. Any engagement with MBI is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on the site.

The information on the site

We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content is general information, not professional, legal or financial advice for your situation.

  • Case studies and results describe specific clients. Their figures come from those clients’ own measurements or our estimates, marked as such where they are estimates. Your results will depend on your company, data and team.
  • The AI maturity check gives an indicative result based on your answers. It is a starting point for a conversation, not an assessment of your company.

Content and trademarks

The texts, graphics, logos and other content on the site belong to MBI or are used with the permission of their owners. You may view, print and share pages for your own information, with a link to the source. Any other copying, adaptation or commercial use needs our written consent. Client names and logos belong to the clients concerned.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or other users, or puts an unreasonable load on it, for example by sending automated or misleading form submissions or trying to get around its security.

The site links to sites we don’t run, such as LinkedIn or our partners’ pages. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

We provide the site as it is and can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, MBI is not liable for loss arising from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date shown at the top. These terms are governed by Czech law, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
