We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for automated decisions about you.
Who processes it for us
- Railway Corporation (USA): hosts the website, on servers in the EU, and receives form submissions.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC: delivers form submissions to our mailbox (Google Workspace), and Google Analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies. IP addresses are not stored.
Where data leaves the EU, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Form submissions: 36 months from the last contact. Analytics data: 14 months. Technical logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them, typically 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, for analytics through Cookie settings in the footer. Write to [email protected].
You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
