Questions about Claude
What does "Certified in the Claude Partner Network" mean?
The Claude Partner Network is how Anthropic works with the firms that put Claude into production for customers. MBI is Certified in the network: our people hold Claude certifications, and we are building from here.
Which Claude plan should we use?
It depends on your size, security needs and how many people will use it. We look at that in discovery, help you pick the plan, then set it up with sign-in, admin controls and connectors.
Can Claude work with our internal systems?
Yes. Claude connects to other tools through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). We use existing connectors where they fit and build custom MCP servers where they don't, always with permissions you control.
How long does a Claude rollout take?
Discovery takes two weeks. First teams usually work with Claude on real tasks within weeks, and a company-wide rollout runs over a few months.
Do you build software with Claude too?
Yes. Our delivery team builds agents, data apps and software with Claude Code and a set of specialised review agents, with a person approving every change.
What happens after you leave?
Your team owns everything we set up. Skills, connectors and agents are documented, each has a named owner, and your AI champions keep adoption going.
